Shanghai Sanxiang Property Service Co., Ltd. is a subordinate of Sanxiang Impression Co., Ltd., and was founded in August of 2002, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. It has a national property services qualification (Grade A) and is the council unit of the Shanghai Property Management Association.

The company mainly engaged in various types of real estate property services, parking services, and related business services. Currently there are ten property service centers, which are respectively in charge of Sanxiang Four Season Blossom, Sanxiang Century Garden (Phase Ⅲ), Xianghai Building, Xiangteng International Plaza, Sanxiang Commercial Plaza, Sanxiang Haishang City, Sanxiang Future Coast, Sanxiang Seven Star Mansion, Sanxiang Haishang Famous Mansion, Sanxiang Haishang Cloud Mansion, etc. The industrial real estate types include high-rise housings, villas, serviced apartments, shopping malls, etc., with management services covering an area of nearly 2 million square meters.
