Mr. Xu Wenzhi, Board Chairman

A Chinese citizen without the right to overseas residence, Master, senior engineer. Currently Chairman of the 8^th Board of Directors of the Company, and director of Shanghai Xiang Mango Cultural Investment Co., Ltd; holder of 14 national patents and recipient of Shanghai Municipal Third Prize for Science and Technology Advancement and a honorary title of “Outstanding Contributor to Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in Shanghai”; currently Vice President of Shanghai Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Wang Sheng, Director and President

A Chinese citizen without the right to overseas residence, MBA. Former director of the Foreign Affairs Department of Shanghai Media Group, and VP of Oriental Pearl Co., Ltd. Currently Director of the 8^th Board of Directors and President of the Company.

Mr. Chen Jinsong, Director
