Sanxiang Impression Co., Ltd. (Sanxiang Impression, Stock Code: 000863), was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Shanghai. The company has established its developmental strategy of "accelerating the growth of the cultural sector, steadily developing the real estate sector, and promoting the coordinated development of the two sectors", and clarified its developmental conception: two-way empowerment between green technology real estate and high-end cultural IPs.


Impression Wonders Arts Development Co., Ltd. is the cultural sector of the company, and it was jointly founded by the three directors Zhang Yimou, Wang Chaoge, and Fan Yue. Aiming at the development of “a high-end content creator for domestic cultural tourism performances”, with the vision of "telling Chinese stories, displaying China’s cultural charm, and boosting regional development", it is one of the top cultural tourism performance production and copyright operation agencies in China and the owner of the “Impression”, “Encore”, “Most Memorable” and “Return” brands, as well as many other high-end performing arts brands. The company’a representative works include “Most Memorable Is Hangzhou”, a theatrical performance for the G20 summit, “Impression Liu Sanjie”, China's first landscape performance, “Encore Pingyao”, China's first indoor sitcom, “Encore Dunhuang”, the first Silk Road cultural tourism project under the national “Belt & Road” initiative, “Encore Malacca”, the first global Maritime Silk Road cultural tourism project, and “Zhiyin Hao”, China’s first drifting, multidimensional experience performance. The company has won a series of grand honors including the Innovation Award in the first selection of the Ministry of Culture, China Top Ten Performances of Prosperity, China Top Ten Live Performances, China Top Ten Tourism Performances in Independent Theater, and the National Cultural Industry Demonstration Base.


As a domestic leader in green technology real estate, Sanxiang Impression adheres to its developmental path of "professionalism, refinement, specialization, and novelty". It has three national Grade I qualifications in real estate development, general contracting for construction projects, decoration construction, and has a AAA grade qualification in property management. It is a AAA real estate enterprise in terms of its corporate credit rating and is a member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). Thus far it has successfully created several standardized product systems, including the highly influential "Flower City Series", "Curio Series", and " Impression Series” and has gradually upgraded itself from being a “green technology building technology integrator” to a being a “green, smart life service provider”. Many of the company’s projects have won the “Guangsha Award” from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development, the National Comfortable Housing Demonstration Project, the National “Quality Project Award”, China’s “Three-star Green Building Label”, Shanghai’s “White Magnolia” Award for a Construction Project, Shanghai’s "Excellent Housing Gold Award", making the company a leader in the domestic green architecture field. Among its projects, Zhangjiang Sanxiang Curio was the first residential project in Shanghai to win the national “Three-star Green Building Label”.


In recent years, the company has been actively leveraging its long-standing brand advantages in its cultural, business, and travel projects.
